Use of the app
Instify is provided as-is for personal and commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
AI agents
Instify integrates with third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex). Their respective terms of service apply to your use of those agents. We are not responsible for code produced by AI agents.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Liability
Instify is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or AI-generated code.
